The curtain falls on 2009 regular season this weekend, although in 2A the playoffs begin Friday night with four play-in games.Everything kicks off Thursday night with 15 games, including the Region 10 showdown between Park City and Wasatch. Both teams enter the game that will decide the region championship with 8-1 records. According to the Deseret News, both teams really haven't been challenged in most of their games this season.
The Region 11 championship will be decided tonight when Juan Diego takes on Morgan.
Friday night, three-time state champ Timpview will battle Provo for the Region 7 title. The Deseret News reports that Provo will be trying to snap a 19-game losing streak to the T-Birds.
